A transaction is only confirmed when it is conducted in person at our physical bureau location. No transaction is binding until both parties have agreed on the final rate at the counter and the exchange has been completed.
Flex Forex Bureau reserves the right to decline any transaction at its discretion, in line with applicable regulations including those issued by the Bank of Uganda regarding anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
SECTION 4 — Money Remittance Services
Money remittance services offered through our bureau (including those provided via Ria, Western Union, and MoneyGram) are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective service providers. Flex Forex Bureau acts as an authorised agent for these providers and facilitates transactions on their platforms.
Transaction fees, destination limits, and processing times vary by service provider, destination country, and payout method. We will advise you of all applicable fees and conditions before you confirm any remittance transaction.
Flex Forex Bureau is not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by the remittance service providers’ own systems or processes.
SECTION 5 — Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, current, and complete. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or up to date at all times. Exchange rates, service descriptions, and contact details may change without notice.
